New WordPress website support service

We’re delighted to launch our new WordPress website support service. We have created this new website to promote this standalone service, available to all businesses with WordPress websites, to explain the packages, FAQs and allow easy enquiries.

Whilst the promotion of the service is new, our support of WordPress sites is not. We already look after many client WordPress sites, something we have been doing successfully for many years. 

We’ve launched this service because it’s important that WordPress sites are properly supported and kept secure and up to date. This is an activity that is often overlooked, leaving sites vulnerable to hacking and more likely to have errors and to break. 

We offer 4 WordPress support packages, 3 monthly and 1 annual package. The monthly packages are Essential, WooCommerce and SEO. The annual package is the Website MOT. All our packages come with detailed monthly reporting, providing valuable information on a broad range of website parameters.

Essential monthly support – £30 pm
Designed as an essential level of support for standard, non-e-commerce websites. 

WooCoomerce monthly support – £60 pm
All the support of the Essential package, combined with specialist e-commerce support for sites with WooCommerce.

SEO monthly package – from £250 pm
Our SEO package includes technical and on-page search engine optimisation to help boost your site’s ranking performance. The package also includes access to our sophisticated online marketing dashboard, giving real-time access to all the key aspects of your site’s search engine performance as well as ongoing site technical audit scores and keyword ranking.

Annual Website MOT
Our website MOT package is an annual audit of the front-end of your site, the customer-facing part of the website, to ensure the site is functioning and displaying correctly. The checks include:
> Desktop browser testing – on the latest versions the main browsers
> Mobile & tablet testing – on a selection of the latest Android & IOS devices
> Sitemap checking and resubmission – if required
> Contact form testing – send test enquiry and check
> Site speed testing – mobile and desktop
> Google Search console error check (if setup)
> Cookie policy compliance check
> Report and recommendations

Our packages are all easy in/ easy out, running on a monthly rolling basis, giving you complete flexibility. All the work is completed by our internal team, based in Wiltshire UK.
